Default Traditional and Somewhat Difficult Engagement

We had a super busy shooting weekend, and this was the last shoot. We were sick and worn out. Our little brains were fuzzy and tired to say the least.

Our bride and groom were very traditional. When I asked what kind of look they were going for, they told me "Olan Mills". Ugg. Ok.

To top it off, the groom HATES having his photo taken. Hateshateshateshates. He made faces the whole two hours, talked, stuck his tounge out, made jokes.....

I informed him that I had ALL DAY to get these photos. We ended up eeking out some. Turns out, my naughty groom really liked them. Apparently he was photo shy because he doesn't normally like the photos taken of him. That melted my heart for all the future photo shy people I might get. After knowing that, having him like his photos meant the world to us!

These are far from technically correct, posing wise, but we had to grab the shots between "faces".....

I think these are sweet, Cindy. He looks happy and relaxed. I'm glad you got images that even he could appreciate.

Nice I like 1, 3, 4 and 5. #6 if her face was not hidden. Glad he liked them too> That is what matters.

Those are great. I can almost see the mischieviousness of the groom in his eyes. Wonderful series.
