They're really nice, Kelly. I love the window ones the best. And I cracked up laughing when I saw the hair spray can in such a place of honor, rofl!

Gorgeous shots, BD. They're all important but I liked the set Athena picked, too. Especially the last one in front of the window.

Thanks for stopping by guys! Yes, that hairspray shot. Sarah LOVES doing shots like that. I kept thinking...too bad it wasn't a can of "Big Sexy Hair" but hey...Nioxin...you work with whatcha got. LOL

Do you find that the client purchases many of those types of shots?

I spent the whole day with my brides, and they liked these but didn't really buy very many. Made me wonder if it was worth the time.

But since I don't do weddings anymore the point is moot for me, LOL

So you're saying, no, they don't purchase them, but you use them to do an album? How many do you usually put in of "getting ready" shots?

I think so too. Well, I'm going bankrupt with the whole endeavor, but I think it is well worth it...

And you wonder why this whole idea makes me nervous. I have second guessed my wisdom more than once on accepting this assignment. You don't know how excited we are, but you don't know how nervous we are!

But the truth of it is this...it doesn't matter how far you travel to a wedding, the truth is we love to shoot weddings. The only thing that really makes this different is the amount of travel. And it is SUCH a huge chance of a lifetime! Shooting in an 18th Century cathedral, castles on the horizon, a gorgeous venue for the reception....what isn't there to love!

Nice work Kelly. Especially the Salon images. It can be very difficult to shoot in the salon with different types of lighting and all those mirrors.

Really great work Kelly!! Did you get a fisheye lens??

I really like the 1st and third set the best, the smoking shots I really don't like all that much, but the window shots are just amazing!!

I know Sarah must be jealous of that 5d lol

Best,
Jay
