Default Wedding dance

This is my first post on the wedding forum. This young lady was having such a good time dancing with all the adults that I couldn't resist trying to capture her mood. I love shooting weddings with no flash whenever possible.

Must be nice; I haven't been able to get away with a dance during reception without using flash in a long time; there's just no light available for me, even at f/1.8 and around ISO1600 on my 40D.

This photo was taken with a 5D, 85mm f1.8, 1/60th second at 1600 ISO. The full frame sensor makes a big difference in such low light.

I'm trying to buy a 5D II now, so I'll hopefully be able to get that usable ISO3200 or ISO6400 for this situation.

I am sitting here as miserable as H..... with a terrible flu, not wanting to type because I feel so bad, but this shot is so wonderful I have to tell you that. Very good work and welcome to the board and here is some K.
