"Surprisingly" ? ?

On the one hand, this is NO WAY sooprizing ... this
one-lens thing is perficklee normil.

OTOH, I spoze there is some sooprize in finding that
a Nuptuals Nooby resisted exercising several lenses
and misc other gadgets while failing as both juggler
AND photographer ! But you steered steady thru the
storm. CONGRADULATIONS ! Bravo ! Kudos upon you
and your house and your descendants, yea unto the
tenth generation

Now you can bask in the glow of your photographic
success, but if you want to avoid getting roped into
another episode of bendare dondat, convince your
friends that whilst they can oooh & ahhh over their
great wedding record, they must ALWAYS mention
that the artistic genius who produced this is an evil
egotistical overbearing bastid that you'd definitely
NOT WANT anywhere near your wedding

P.S.
I spoze if someone insists on hiring a photographer
described as an evil egotistical overbearing bastid,
it's prolly safe to take that job !

Out of curiosity, what made you select the 18-135mm Pentax instead of the 28-200mm Tamron? The reason I ask is the 28-200mm Tamron was given to me as a gift and I have been very impressed with it.
Well.... there were a few shots that I knew were going to be taken in some rather confined spaces and I would need the extra angle width. For instance, the bride getting her makeup applied and the groom getting dressed. Another plus for the 18-135mm lens is, it's DC motor-focusing is much quieter than the Tamron screw drive system.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the 28-200mm Tamron lens. It has been one of my favorites since acquiring it. Sharp as a tack, good color saturation and just an overall good lens. I found mine in a yard sale, complete with film camera body and camera case for $15.00.
