Having owned a Crown Vic I am not a fan of the grunge look on this car! Bit setting aside my personal bias there is one thing compositionally that I do not feel works well in this: Namely that the main subject has part of it cropped a bit close (front of car)making it look like it is the houses that the photographer was trying to showcase. showing more in front and less in back would bring out away from the houses and street and leave the car using the house lined street. If That convoluted sentence makes any sense?

A lovely shot but I'm not a fan of the grungy look / processing.

The HDR grunge look looks good in a lot of car shots, but they usually are not cooked this much.
