Whoa, that is one weird looking ride. Are we looking at the front end on the left? I assume it can drive like a car...? Maybe? This has me wondering now....

Yes, the front end is on the left (right in the photo below). The handle is somewhat obscured by the background. I did not see it driving but others that saw it says it does. It is apparently a regular at First Friday. Not easy to get in, though.

Ahhh, this shows it better. I assume you sit on the top...like a bus with no top. I was first thinking from that first shot that there is some dude inside with a port hole or something. But, there is a steering wheel up there....

Yes it really does. In the first photo, I had not wanted the steps showing.

Looks like enough seating for 8 passengers, including driver. Seating looks to be well-padded, too.
