I am having the same problem. My ISP is ATT. I had this problem before and sent an email request to stop blocking and it worked for a while. Now it's starting again. The admin of the site can tell the isp to open email delivery. I have been a moderator on a v bulletin site for five years now and we have see that problem there too. Our admin has fixed it for us. They can do it here too.

If any of you is Yahoo (or others), see this link to see part of our issues....

421 4.7.0 [TS01] Messages from x.x.x.x temporarily deferred due to user complaints - 4.16.55 - Mail

We have contacted them. By the way, I know the old SBCGlobal accounts, became ATT (property) accounts from a buy-out, and they still use Yahoo as their email carrier, I believe...

I just got an e-mail notification for a new PM from 5/28. I suspect some server component was just restarted.

Admin, ATT says if you send the bounce back messages to removeme@sbc.sbcglobal.net it will solve the problem.

Me too. I tried changing my email address as Mr. Pickles suggested. I changed it to something wrong, then changed it back, now sometimes I get a message saying I need to respond to an admin email confirming the change, but I never got one. Also the level of my inbox was lowered from 500 to 50 and I got a message in the welcome bar saying it was overfull. I emptied both the in and out box. Last night I tried to post a photo in the BW forum and got an error message saying my account was not active until I responded to the address email. This did not make any sense as I was shown and logged in and I a recently received karma and had been able to post comments. So I tried to post my photos again and they went in. At this point, I am not sure what address is on file and I am not receiving and notifications. I also have not received any PM's recently, so do not know if that is working. Long story short, please help resolve this problem. I do not want to have to give up on Photocamel. I will also try contacting Comcast to see what help they can give, but I also need the Camel's help.
Thank you,
Colby

Admin has to check the server logs and forward bounceback messages to the proper places to release the email to our addresses. Until they do that the problem won't be solved. My Z28.com admin jumped on it when I had the same problem and it was solved within 24 hours. ATT sucks. I tried to get them to fix it myself and they want information only this site admin has. I posted links to the solution. Now it's up to them.
