Default Posting Images Tutorial?

Since our software changed recently to make this site even better, so things changed. How to post images was one of those things.

To help you get your images posted here on PhotoCamel, you can read this very detailed tutorial

Your very detailed tutorial leaves out one detail that just caught me out today. If you post images directly from your computer to the forum, some database keeps track of every image you post, from day one, and totals up the bytes. When you exceed your quota (don't know how many MB that is), it won't let you attach any more images. So I figured it out all by myself (i'm so proud). Go to profile, click attached images and delete a bunch. Learn something new every day. But I'll bet this information was posted someplace where I never saw it.

Cheers/Mike

I think it is a known issue and is being worked on.

Got any tutorials on how to determine what category to post your image? I see more have been added. I love looking at a thread with a picture fire hydrant in Pets. There are so many choices, no one bothers to even try anymore.

I think people just find their own way eventually. I've never had a pet fire hydrant, but for those who do then they have the perfect place to post their images .

I don't have any problems posting images but what I have noticed is that I can't see most of the images posted by other members on here. I can see all the "attached" images but not the other ones (not the links). Do I have to have a certain type of program? I'll attach examples if that will help what I mean.
First one I can obviously see but the second one I see nothing but there are other comments on that thread about it being a "Nice" pic. Help please!

The image is hosted on Flickr. If you can access Flickr.com, you should be able to see the image.

The other option might be a resize app the site appears to be using. Your browser may not be allowing it to run.

Just noticed that you're not at 20 posts yet. It SHOULDN'T be doing anything but I know other features are turned on after 20 posts.

Thanks Brian, I will check out flickr, but you're right, Ithink my web browser from work does not allow it.
Thanks again for your time.
