Ah, that would explain it. Now if I could just find the time to be even a hobbiest photographer again

Do you sacrifice one of your own Karma points when you give others Karma.

Question Karma Thank You Notes?

I'm adding to this dated sticky with an etiquette question.

I'm not a wordy, overly complimentary touchy-feely kind of person. When I receive Karma, I appreciate it - it's an at-a-boy - a pat on the back. I take the pat on the back and move on. I don't reply with a note to the Karmator.

Often times when I give karma I get a thank you message. I appreciate it, but it is not at all an expectation.

I certainly have no issue if someone sends me a note of thanks, but is it an expectation?

Am I coming across as rude and ungrateful if I don't send a message every time I'm Karmalized?

To those who write thank you notes ... do you feel slighted or unappreciated if you give Karma and don't get a note in return?
