The concept is really a great idea. The image seems to be a bit contrasty/saturated or overly sharpened. I love square images and think this would be enhanced by cropping it as a square and getting rid of the tree area above the heads. On the original is there more of her hand? Again, great concept keep posting to get better. A tough skin at times is needed but CC will always make one better if they heed "some" of the advice.

Interesting grain. Good colors.

Good smile and emotion.
Having them in the bottom half of the photo is a little out of the ordinary and may work better with a different crop.

I'd also tone down the red a little especially on her cheek, but I like it!

That’s how red her cheeks are in real life. There is also no crop to this photo

I agree with the above.

It seems oversaturated, like you had the camera set to vivid or landscape or something. I would desaturate it bit.

The composition I would change a bit as well. I'd remove all that space above their heads. It doesn't add anything, and pulls your eye off them. Might have been better to shoot it in landscape vs portrait orientation. It also shows off the grain/noise in the image. It looks like the entire image has it, but it's more pronounced in the green above their heads.

Can you tell us a bit more about your camera settings?
