Pretty good. Face color and arm color is different, probably from the lights. Softbox? How big? How far away? Maybe wasn't getting enough downwards, so falloff is off...?

Expression and rest is nice. The hat/cap is a personal choice, as is the shirt, so I never comment on that unless some says this was a serious portrait or like a wedding shot

Not sure what the thing is on the right edge behind his arm though. Maybe part of the shirt graphic, or other? Easily gotten rid of in post (if not noticed real time).

Thanks for the feedback!!
Yes, small 24 inch square softbox, about 18 inches away with a touch of hat light from a speedlight 2 feet away at 1/64th power I forget the soon, I think it was 85 85mm on this one
Wardrobe was his choice.
That thing is his cell phone that he had to play with between shots

The face and arm tones are so different, its distracting. Not sure how that happened, or a clue on how to correct it... other than Photoshop.

Otherwise, the lighting and all, are really really good! I like everything about it!

Thanks Andrew!!
His arms are darker in real life too, I guess we sunscreen his face better than his arms. But some of it must due to fall off

Most mens arms are darker than their faces, but not drastic. Women a lot of times add the makeup and that gets the coloring closer to any tan on the arms. But still, when it is drastic, it is drastic...

Cell phone, yeah, I see that now. Kids these days. if it isn't 1 foot away it is lost forever and the lungs quit taking oxygen it seems.

Nice image... the facial tones are easily adjusted in PS.
