Default Photocamel

I visit several other websites, but ya know, Photocamel has TONS more (that is TONNES for you who speak the Queen's English) tons more postings and about 99% of them get good accurate responses, unlike another site which will remain unnamed. I used to see some really dumb answers to questions like "Why do I get shadows on the wall behind the subject when I use my flash?" The answer? "I don't know since I've had my camera two weeks now, but someone told me once that if you open up that thingy around the lens the background will be so fuzzy you won't be able to see the shadows." Or "what is an f/stop." The answer? "It is something inside the camera that controls the length of time that light will be inside of it."

Another has about one posting per day, sometimes. On another no one ever gets a negative critique, and if someone posts one, everyone jumps down his throat.

So isn't it great that Photocamel is here!

Benji

A thing that is so fuzzy, you can't see the background. No wait, I think I've confused that with an f-stop. I don't know... did you try the search function??

Yes Benji, I'm glad the Camel is here, too. I probably should be shooting instead of reading so much, but this is a good place to hang out.

when I put my memory card in my camera, it's really hard to push the card in. When it does finally go in the pins don't fit in, and they bend. Can you help me?
