Dont sweat it. Busch, GE, Walmart nor any other company can patent anything that they publicly display. Point in case, if you were an ariel photographer working in the downtown St Louis area with the primary intent to photograph the arch, or the riverfront ect, you would probably cover at least a portion of Busch Stadium so there is no infringement since they do not own the airspace above or around the stadium. Now it would be very different if you were in the media business and intentionally allowed your signal to go beyond your FCC liscense(hole in the air)restrictions. But even then, no big deal since uncontrolable things such as weather phonemena can cause analog or digital bleed over. Make your images and be happy & drink a Bud every now and then, "Auggie" would have it now other way.

Jim,

I don't think it's a patent issue. The issue has to do more with trademark than copyright although copyright may play a part. Most times, as long as the trademark is not being degraded (wrong word but I can't think of the right one) or infringed, companies won't go after you. But make people think you are representing that company or show that product in a bad light, then, if they see the image(s), you will get a letter or call. Like I said, that huge Atlanta soft drink bottler guards their trademark religiously.

But sometimes it's easier to ask for forgiveness that permission!
