I have just bought a canon 135 2.8 soft focus lens
Its a beautiful lens with or with out the soft focus switched on

I agree on the soft focus lens. Very light, too. Wish it had IS!

I feel very confident when I'm out and about with my olympus 50-200 (e-300 body). I've also been enjoying my Nikon50f1.8 and Nikon 24-120VR on my d70. It's probably a bit like asking what's your favorite golf course and of course the correct answer is whichever one you happen to be playing at the time

The lens that spends the most time on my D70s is the Tamron 90mm Di f/2.8 Macro.
