Thanks for the link and I got halfway through before PF site bugs.
The Q looks like it has some promise judging by the images I have seen earlier and a huge tele potential with the 5.6 crop.

Much too pricey at this time.

The prices should drop after the early adopters have bought the initial run.

that is way i am like a MC hammer that hiphops behind every trend ( Youp van het Hek , Caberatier )

I have a special way for buying any kind of stuff.

first i read about what i would like to buy
second i look for second hand adds on trading sites in windmill and greece saviour country
third i look if i can find a interesting add , when i found one i try to collect as many info i can lay may hands and eyes and ears on (cucucacoo (rosco p coltrane dukes of hazzard) ) and than i fiqure out what i would like to pay and try to make the deal

but i found out that this works for me and i have this GREAT site to ask if have any doubt whatsoever .

I have been reluctant to buy used bodies but not lenses...of course you only need one body but LBA is insatiable,
I bought my K10 and Kr new and I really want the K5 but with some of the problems I have read about with the new bodies I would have to see a really sweet deal to go with a used one. The Kr would go before the K10 though...HDR and K10 are a match made in heaven.

Sorry for going OT.

As for the Q...the body + lenses (or adapter) would be a substantial investment for me and the Oly SP350 I just got will have to do for a pocket body for now.
I imagine in a year or less you will see some used Q systems for cheap and I might be tempted to get one and mount it to my 170-500 for some serious MM's.

It seems everyone is getting mirrorless interchangeable bandwagon now, with the Nikon J1 and V1 having come out last month as well. Time will tell how successful these small sensor cameras will become.

They're gonna MILC that segment for what it's worth.

I look forward to signs from Ricoh next year as to their plans for the K mount future(adaptable included) . I'm a budget guy and would love different/smaller formats for my K mounts lenses...I would rather not buy lenses that don't work with a K5/r/10.
