Belated example, but here's how the 40-150mm f2.8 PRO + X1.4 tc sees a Kookaburra, handheld with 5 axis IS from about 30 feet.

EXIF: AP mode, 115mm (35mm Equiv./230mm), 1/400 sec, F5.6, (processed from ORF in Olympus Viewer3, converted to jpeg, compressed to 500kb to comply with photo host's upload limit.
