Default Nikon Z Auto ISO

I’m new to this but, I was shooting Nikon z7 in manual mode with a three strobe studio setup. No matter how small my f-stop was, the camera changed my iso and blew out the photo. How do I shut off auto iso in manual mode only?

Go into your menu, click "ISO Sensitivity" then turn off "Auto ISO sensitivity control".

That should do it for you.
