Saw this display in one of the flower shows

very mixed feeling about it....

I think they are beautiful! What would be the purpose of them being in the tubes of water (I guess, it's water.)? The pics are great. TFS

Yes, it is water.

I guess the purpose is to have an unique display for some corporate events.
