Default Adelaide Hills Colour

I live in the Adelaide Hills in South Australia. Autumn is a favourite season.

The view across the lake.

Red Leaves.

Golden Poplars.

Spotted some helical statuary near the lower right corner of the first image. Did you happen to get on that side of the river for a closer look? You have also reminded me vividly that it is now autumn down there. I especially like the basic simplicity limited but bright color palette of the second image, but the others are good too.

Thank you - I liked the red against that blue sky too.
The shots were taken in our local Botanical Garden which is situated around the lake. You can walk right around the lake via many paths. Quite hilly in places. Sculptures are dotted throughout the garden - also nice to photograph.

Very nice fall colors. I also have the Oly EM1II. Have you ever had a shutter lock problem with yours and how do you find battery life?

I have never had a problem of any sort with my EM1 11, but I have read that some have had the shutter lock problem you mention.
I only use Olympus batteries - which give they say 440 shots without flash.
I am very conscientious about swapping my two batteries and have never had one go flat on me.
