OK, so not as big as an SD10 can easily print to then!....Here is a pic of a guy called Aero holding a 46.8" x 66.2" print taken with his SD10:

That print he is holding says it's printed on a Vutek. That model can make an amazing print from files with a rez as low as 60dpi at that size and larger.
