My order of preference for these image are #1, #3, #2. The insects in and buzzing around the blossom cluster in #1 gives this image a sense of motion and interest - for the insects as well as the human viewers. This also looks like a much fresher and healthier version of what I take to be the same kind of plant as depicted in 2#, which is beginning to show its decrepitude. The blossom cluster in #3 has a lot fewer stamens showing, indicating to me that this cluster is not quite as mature as that in #1, hence of much less interest to the insects.
