Default Melbourne Walkabout

An Olympus XZ-1 view of The Grand Hotel from our penthouse balcony, looking south down Spencer Street.

XZ-1 At Sunrise

Dinner at The Batman Hotel - Sandra's Grilled Tiger Prawns and Beer Battered Fillets of Flathead for me - Life is GOOD!

XZ-1 Interesting Perspectives and a fine camera store!

Melbourne's iconic Royal Arcade

Ambient light no problem with the XZ-1's F1.8, x4 zoom

The arcade has magical ambience

Bagels for Breakfast at The Batman

The Windsor Hotel on Spring Street

This dapper gentleman with his accoutrement was standing nearby,
A Carlton Footy Club fan - I thought that perhaps he was a guest at the Windsor.

Oh BTW, lest you missed it, all were shot with the XZ-1 ... mostly the E-3 languished alone back at the hotel

Thank you Joan. I enjoyed your thread too and envy your forthcoming extended tour of the Eastern seaboard. You'll have a ball as we did in our earlier years.
