Default Tool cursor shown as a cross hair in PS CS4 instead of correct tool

Hello,
I was playing with PS CS4 and I noticed that my cursor is shown as a cross-hair + when I select any of the PS Tools. Quickly checked the Preferences -> General -> Cursors and it has "Normal Brush Tip" selected. Two days ago, I remember selecting the "Show crosshair in Bursh Tip" check box checked. Now even when I uncheck, doesn't work. I want to get back my cursor displaying the correct tool (say Lasso, Dodge, etc). Any help appreicated.

Caps Lock enabled?

The Caps Lock key toggles "Display Precise Crosshair", which gets rid of your normal brush tip, and leaves you with a a crosshair regardless of the tool.

Check "preferences" for cursor style.

Yup, Caps Lock. I found out thru experience that it messes up more then the brush shape. I was trying to enter a size Percentage in printing to get my crop correct and I couldn't enter in any numbers at all.

In my printer dialog, when I take it off of "Centering" I can then move my image and change the size. Noting was taking at all. I ended up hitting the Caps Lock key and then all was well.
