Default SNS-HDR Update Available

Hi, Don't no if this has been posted before now but there is an update available and also there is a (BETA) plug-in for lightroom. The links can be found on Flickr.
Tried the L/R plug-in and seems to work fine but follow instructions for install.
Russ

P.S. link for the L/R plug-in

I will only add that Lightroom plugin requires SNS-HDR 1.4.17 or higher.

Software: Too numerous to list but my most used utility is ShiftN for perspective correction

Gear: Canon G12, no tripod, no lenses, no flash, no remote, no cases or bags!

I have found that SNS-HDR Home ver 1.4.18 causes my anti-virus software (Avast!) to attempt
to run the program in a sandbox. So, I tried using the Avast option to "run program normally"

Although Avast logged C:\Program Files\SNS-HDR Home\SNS-HDR Home.exe and
C:\Program Files\SNS-HDR Home\SNS-Loader.exe to be excluded from automatic sandboxing
it failed to do so. Consequently I have had to set Avast! to ask before sandboxing.

I suspect that the new SNS-HDR Loader file is the cause of this. Eventually, I expect,
the Avast database will recognise the Loader as safe.

Martin,

Avast started to evaluate risk based on the popularity of applications.
You turn off the reputation services in Avast.

Sebastian,

Many thanks for your advice. I have now switch off "reputation" in Avast.

Well what a nice community this is!!
over 60 views and only TWO people (Martin & Tony) could be bothered to say Thank You.
Not that I post to get Thanks but it is free to say and takes very little effort.

I look at every post on this forum on a daily basis as the title doesn't always tell the whole story. This for example suggests it is about SNS but also mentions Lightroom and Avast. I don't use any of these, normally I would have just gone on to the next topic. I don't understand why would you expect me to reply?

Hi, Obviously if it does not affect you then you have no reason to say thank you but as I stated there have been over 60 views and I would guess 1/4 if not more use this app for HDR and also use lightroom.
Again I don't post to get thanks but it is polite and also an encouragement to others new and old members to post articles etc etc,
Russ
