OK, Old Favorites... My wife was watching Cable in the other room and I had heard a Song from a commercial that I remembered from my Childhood as a little one watching TV.

I don't know how much of the Country it was broadcast or if it was just a Local to New York City Show, but "Do you Remember" "Captain Kangaroo"

I actually found a Link to the music!!! go here: http://www.televisiontunes.com/Captain_Kangaroo.html

I remember bits of the 70's (born in 72), but the 80's were great. Every decade since has paled in comparrison, in my opinion. Little more care free. Little less tense. And a bit more fun.

Oh yeah. I remember The Banana Splits.
From that show, do you remember the short series' that were in it?
The "Travels of Gulliver" with the one character named Glum? His favorite line was "It'll never work".
How about "Danger Island"? I believe it was Jan Michael Vincent's first role.

A photograph is like a joke. If you have to explain it, it just isn't that good.
