Default First time shooting models

A friend of mine put together an afternoon workshop for some members of our photo club. He had three single-light setups, two great models and a MUA. Here are a few of the shots I brought home.

This was my first time shooting experience models. I was very impressed with both of them.

I also have a few exposures on a roll of T-MAX film I'll need to get developed.

Trey (patriotic) and Ashley from L-Modelz. Sasha Starz MUA.

Holy Moly. I think you did a fantastic job with these 2. No real issues but will say the very bottom left of the tight B&W side portrait of Ashley needs cropped so that little white thingie (dress strap?) isn't there to just bug me...

Thanks, guys. It was a real eye opener to see how these ladies work - just so natural at posing and giving you the looks you ask for. It was really great working with such talented and capable models.

AWESOME work. I don't believe it's a first time.

Nice images and editing!
Your style is distinctive and pleasing.

My only critique would be image 3 (to the left) where the skin tones are a bit blotchy.

Experienced models are a lot easier to work with when you first start out!

If that's you first time I'd like to see you second. Great set.

Here's an image of Trey that popped up in my LR catalog today ... for some reason it hadn't sync'd the first time.
