Default In Your Face Airshow

Salina rang early this morning, "Hey Dad, there's an air show on at the airfield, Kittyhawks, Wirraways, interested?"
Temperature 39C, what a beautiful day, thirty minutes later we were on our way arriving just as the bangers were done on the barbie!

The show was about to begin, engines turned over and perhaps most exciting of all
was 94yrs old veteran WWll Aussie fighter pilot Bert Smithwell who took to the sky in his Kittyhawk !

I think this and the BF F may be Wirraways ?

And this of course is Salina whose perennial charm gets us into the hangar and onto the tarmac !
