![]() I am looking for a new monitor for photo editing, what would you think would be the best choice of these three options for RGB pictures (IQ, contrast, colors and homogeneous of the screen)?
FlexScan EV2436WFS3-BK + EasyPIX calibration device for Eizo (same as Spyder 4) Asus PA248Q + DataColor Spyder5Pro calibration device ASUS PA249Q and no calibration device (read that it's beutiful straight out of the box) It's a big and important investment so thank you for your opinions ![]() __________________

![]() Any of them will do. The idea that the ASUS PA249Q doesn't need calibration is a fallacy. All monitors need calibration regularly. Just a fact of life.
Since you list this as an important investment I would suggest you look at Dell UP2715K 27" UltraSharp 27 Ultra HD 5K LED Backlit IPS Monitor and the ColorMunki. Either the display or the photo. |

![]() Thank you for the hint, that would be a great monitor! Unfortunately it's way out of my budget, which is around 600 dollars (or actually 500 euros).
