I know but it's faster and doesn't require "what does right-click mean?" from the user.

Correct. I was just stating for those downloading it, that it does nothing more than what is listed in the second link. Some people aren't keen on downloading every utility that some yahoo posts up. It's all down to personal choice. I just hope it helps the OP get back online.
