Default New Wacom driver problem

I just bought a Wacom Pen and Touch Pro tablet from B & H, and after I got it installed, I had no pen sensitivity. After my computer went into sleep mode, it came back with a message “Tablet Driver Not Found”. A search of the web came up with a fix by going into ‘Services” and re-starting the program. This worked the first time only, but after the computer sat overnight, all I get is the message “Tablet Driver Not Found”. After a re-boot, a box pops up for a few seconds that says “ Tablet Driver Not Running”, then the ‘not found’ message comes up when I try to access it. I’m using Windows 7. Can anyone help me on this? It’s very frustrating.

A member from our local camera club told me to try 'System Restore'. That seemed to do the trick. My pen works now and the driver is still there after a re-start.

Normally when I have an issue with my driver I'll reboot my machine. If that doesn't fix it the next thing is to reload the drivers.

Ive had the same issue with my Intuos 4 but never on my 3. I have reloaded drivers and it still happens. What I end up doing when I get the driver not found message is go to Devices and Printers on your computer, right click on the Wacom, select Wacom tablet file preferences then click remove.
This allows me to use all its functions through out the day. Some days I get the message and other times not for weeks.

I get this on my machine. Generally after a sleep the tablet pressure doesn't work. I get the Tablet Not Found error when I do a cold boot, but I think it's just an issue with the order things are running. If I give it a few seconds and then launch the tablet properties all is fine.

I need to work on the order things run at boot, but for now it's an easy fix and I have bigger fish to fry.
