Is this a commercial photograph commissioned for a client or a still-life? If it's a still-life, rather than a commercial photograph, it would be better posted in the still-life forum.

Ok then. I like the lighting and the way the white background and shadows were handled.

Clients often make odd choices, assuming the client was present at the shoot. I'd like to see a bit more of the face of the watch. Since the inside of the cover is relatively plain ie: no inscription, the watch could be rotated more to favor the face so the numbers aren't quite so upside down. A slightly more overhead view might help.

The arrangement of the chain is confusing and messy on the right side and also interferes with and touches the winding/setting mechanism on the left. I'd adjust the flow of the chain in these areas so it was easier to see both it and the watch. The links of the chain should be softly stretched in graceful arcs so they don't bunch together.

highlights are overexposed badly. never let highlight blow . shoot at the
setting where high lights are about to blow. we call this setting exposing
for highlights. once the highlights are blown nothing can be done to recover
them. in digital there is always some hope to enhance an underexposed
picture, but not overexposed.

It's not unusual nor necessarily wrong to have some blown highlights on very shiny objects. That's one way to define the surface texture of objects with mirror like surfaces.
