Default Bigger Bag Needed Help!

I need something larger as my gear has grown significantly over the last couple months. Here's what I have:
5D II
40D
85 1.8
100 2.8L Macro
70-200 2.8L IS
24-70 2.8L
580EX
430EX
And a bunch of random things that would take up the space of at least two more 24-70's.

Suggestions?

I have a Tamrac SuperLight48 that will hold half of New Jersey. I'll let it go for $90 + shipping. PM if you're interested.

I like the gura gear line of backpacks. They have sizes ranging from 18-30L or so.

Just because you have it doesn't mean it all needs to go with you . That being said, my normal bags are the Lowepro FastPack 350 and the Crumpler 8 Million Dollar Home. I've found that I can fit more than enough in either for a days shooting. Loaded for a day out the FastPack looks like this:

When that isn't enough I have the LowePro Vertex 300AW. Fully loaded the Vertex isn't a bag you pick up and put on, it's a bag you stand up and back into. Not only that, but I can mount my 300 2.8L and fit it in there!, and still bring other lenses and kit.

Another vote for the Fastpack 350...I've had mine for 2-3 years now, and have traveled with it a number of times, plus worn it hiking in Glacier National Park. It has a lot of room, and you can bring a smaller laptop or an ipad stuffed int the back compartment. My Stealth Reporter 250 AW also holds a lot if you pack carefully.
