If you have this problem, here's how to fix it:

1. Log on to Netflix and deactivate your Tivo from the play instantly section.

2. Deactivate your Netflix service via the TiVo menu.

3. Reboot the TiVo.

4. Reactivate Netflix in Tivo by going into the Video On Demand menu and following the instructions to get a new activation key.

Now everything should work again.
