Not sure I'd know he was a Preist, but a nice B&W. Might be better if he was looking more to the right, so we could see a bit of the side of his face looking out... And the lower right needs fixed, whatever that is.

Agree with lower right. But why oh why do we need to see the side of his face. Go to any major art gallery and you will see portraits where the face isn't shown. Not a preist? What is he a flower monkey?

I like this..however is the subject the sky or the priest. If it is the priest, as it should be. Then dump the sky....

What's wrong with storm clouds in a photo of a priest?

Agree with you Jim. If we are to replace the sky. What do you want to replace it with?
I did not ask permission, but I've taken the middle road and cropped the picture.
KInd regards;

A little blunt on my behalf..apologies...what I was getting is not replacing the sky but bringing the contrast and overall impact of it down..to me it just seems to compete for equal attention with the main subject drawing your eye away..having said that I really like the image and the mystery created by having the priest turned away..

For what it's worth, I find no objection to the cropped version, and the uncropped version is almost as good, aside from the black triangle at the lower right corner that the crop removed.
