Default Australian White Ibis

The Australian White Ibis has an almost entirely white body plumage and a featherless black head and neck.
During the breeding season the small patch of skin on the under-surface of the wing changes from dull pink to dark scarlet.
They invade urban areas for food scraps and are so prevalent here that they are almost considered as pests. These I shot by the creek.

FULL THROTTLE!

I'm so addicted to this lens, Zuiko 40-150mm F2.8 Pro w/tc that I can't get it off the camera.

Thanks Gene, not so unusual here where some call them pests, or "tip turkeys".

Being its breeding season, such may well be the case, Darrell.
