Default Buzzard with lunch

Happy to get this shot . I didn't see the mole until I looked at the photo on the computer.

After a short stop on the ground the buzzard took off

Comments very welcome as I am playing around with different (lighter) camera/lens combinations. If anyone has found the secret to light weight, long focal length equipment, capable of producing good quality images, please share your insight.

Very nice shots, surprised it took a mole as they seldom come above ground

Enjoyed seeing these (although as I am a bit of a “softie” I felt sorry for the mole) but everything has to eat, and it is a beautiful bird that we don’t see often. Great markings shown in your second shot.
