Nice image Gene, the highlights seem to be blown on the side of the house. If you shot this in raw I would try lowering the highlights if you decide to reprocess the image.

It is, Kevin. I actually went back and did some work on it, but didn't repost here. I have a bad habit of over sharpening and the Canon 70-200mm f4 IS and 6D MkII combination just doesn't need it. Thanks for the comment. I highly value your opinion.

They are, Wallace. 5 o'clock sun shining directly on it while the setting is under a tree. This is reduced some. I only use the Canon DPP for processing so don't have as much latitude as with PS or LR. Thanks for the comment and recommendations.

Looks more like a Bluebird house but nobody says a wren can't use it.

It is a BB house, but the Wren had taken over.

I like it Gene, lotsa color.

Have you considered Elements? It is a very powerful program for a cheap price and no subscription. Just one example: In the case of the too bright side of the box, it would be very easy to select just that side and reduce the highlights or use the "burn" tool to dull the highlights.

Thanks, Lee. I went back to my Elements 9 and worked on it. Much better. Thanks.
