Default Some from the Bahamas

Just for a change, here are some I took in the Bahamas. I was hoping for a Bahama Mockingbird but could only manage a Northern Mockingbird

American Herring Gull late first cycle (2nd calendar year). Depending on which authority you read it's either a separate Species Larus smithsonianus or a Sub-species of the Herring Gull Larus argentatus smithsonianus. Either way, it's a new lifer for me

Excellent set of images, looks like you were in the water for the Gull shot?

Nice set Kevin. Did you fly to the Bahamas or cruise?

Thank you Wallace. I was low down but I'm finding it harder to get down low as time goes by

Thank you Steve. It was a 3 day cruise as we'd never done a cruise before and wanted to see if we would like it. It was better than I thought it would be, but I'm not sure I could do it for 2 weeks.

Excellent series Kevin but I have to say that seeing you post birds I'm use to seeing puts things slightly out of kilter. LOL
