Nice shot. For composition I would prefer it to look into the frame rather than out of it though.

Usually a shot will look better if the subject has some room to look into. So if the bird is looking left, then leave some empty space on the left. Here's an example of a good crop and a bad crop which will hopefully show what I mean

Nice shot. It would be nicer with more in front of the bird.
