Default Tora Tora Tora

Series of shots this week end at a Birds of Prey show.

I'll try and post a few over the next couple of days.

Here is the first one, the the most perfect of the lot (focus is not perfect, and framing is a little tight), but I just love the eyes and the almost "action comics" dynamic of the picture.

Nothing wrong with this shot. good eye contact, face in focus with the wings blurred showing motion. Only suggestion is to clone out the long leather strap. Well done and thanks for posting

I'd love to take credit for a great setup and really thought through measuring, but to be fair, the tracking system on the d300s is just this good.

Of course, there is also the positioning, the timing, and let's face it, luck !
