Okay so here is my attempt and a little extra. I mirrored the image because I thought it looked better at this angle and I added the rose because the hand looked out of place to me....quick edit though and the stem of the rose looks a little weird. Also I blacked out the background and added some skin smoothing and did some dodge and burning to the eyes and also did a glamor filter.

First I kept it nice and simple:

Then I went for a more flattering look:

The large black area to the left gives you a perfect space to add your watermark and/or a caption.

This thing has been going on since June, but needing to practice with my new PSE 6.0 I thought I'd give it a try. It's interesting to see all the different interpertations, but I'd thought I'd work on bringing out her hair.

Just a tad of noise reduction smoothed out her skin a bit. I didn't want to overdo it.

Couple of problems with the shot - background, lighting & the hand. Pity as she's very attractive.

Have tried to soften the lighting and recrop to throw the emphasis onto her face and not the background. Can't crop the hand out without making it look too unbalanced. Second version attempts to fix it by fading the picture edges.
