She's a real beauty.

...who's the father?

I'm kidding Shortie. This is one the best images you've ever posted.

She's beautiful. *You've turned a snapshot into a lovely portrait. *The lace, the wood tones, and her coloring all work to make a really rich image.

4 tiny nits--The lace and reflection at the top are distracting. *From what i can see (which isn't much), the catchlights could be a little softer, maybe fading on one side. *The purplish beads/buttons at the left side of the frame might be toned down. Finally, it looks as if she has a boo-boo on her little finger; could you please get her a bandage?

Another thing to consider would be toning down her ear and arm subtly to really emphasize her face. *She has such a contented, serene expression. *The coloring is great, and i love the fingertip just hovering over her lip. *Good work.

Why wasn't i smart enough to grow my own models?

Oh, the boo-boo is paint. Glad to hear it.

Hmm. That's probably more natural color, and i like the lights it brings to her hair, but i really prefer the warmer one. It seems more universal, and timeless.

I like the first one better. The warm glow on the tones suits her good. Nice crop and great expression.

I'll also cast my vote for the first rework. Her color looks a little "green around the gills" in the second and the tablecloth has taken on a noticeably cyan cast.

If you can manage it, you might try cloning out some of the bottle and allowing a bit more space to the right.
