The first Image was last summer in my back Yard.

The second one is also last summer off of the deck. The fire was in the community forest which is right on the edge of city limits. It made the front page of the local paper. All I could think was "I AM PUBLISHED!!"

The third one is just outside my front door, looking east.

All where with a point & shoot, a bit of cropping, but nothing done in Photoshop to clean them up.

Benka Lake in the foreground and Sleeping Lady Mountain (Mount Susitna) in the background- all from my front porch here in Alaska.

My front door opens on a parking lot, but this was shot through my dining room window.

Well, it was my view until recently. Sold my house in Morro Bay, CA and moved to Texas:

Here is a common site just outside our door.
But, as we travel the US in our Motorhome, the background does change every few weeks.

This guy was outside our door a few weeks ago in Mather Campground. In the Grand Canyon National Park.
