Two I created and one my children did for me from my pictures. The center one is a book of POW letters and pictures of F/L Hank Birkland, one of the primary tunnelers at Stalag Luft !!l, The Great Escape. He was executed by the Gestapo. He was my wife's uncle.

My wife is active in a postcard exchange and likes to have a few card designs of her own to share. She had the idea for this one and asked me to shoot it. We went to a used book store and got a few old books to fill out her own selection. This isn't a bookshelf but was set up for the shot.
