The 2nd image looks amazing. Totally beautiful with just the right amount of color and "cloud" and artistry!!!
The image as boat 3 and the side image as image 4 look really cool but definitely not as cool as image 2.
Cheers, Murray

Many thanks for your words of encouragement Murray.
When I first saw those boats in ph #2 and ph # 3, I thought they must be shooting a movie set in the Deep Cove harbour. Love boats for sure.
We have gone back there a couple more times since and it appears those boats are now pretty much 'residing' there.

Thank you for popping by and commenting WG.
Mt. Cheam is 2104 meters (6903 feet) at its highest point.
Local Indian legend says it is the wife of nearby Mt. Baker (2783 meters / 10,781 feet) . Mt Baker is in Washington state about 50 km southwest of Mt. Cheam.
Mt Baker last had a volcanic eruption in 1880. There are regular 'tremors' in the vicinity of these mountans.

I think they are called fallstreak holes or hole punch clouds. I saw a couple of articles on the web about them. If you Google "hole clouds in Vancouver", you will find more pictures.

For the final week of this 52 Project we chose a sunny, albeit cool day to visit Vancouver's Granville Island.
