Default An interesting list of "52" projects

I came across this list of "52" projects that the writer proposes for 2018. I thought I would share it with the group. I might even see how many of these I can round up myself.

https://www.thephotoargus.com/2018-p...es-photograph/

I would also hope that there is some way to make this forum more active in 2018.

An interesting read full of great ideas WG.
I would love to see a few more participants in the "52 Projects" forum.

Thanks Wolf.

How do we get a few more participants in this forum? I would really like to know. There is at least one other forum that I know of, that has a similar sub-forum that has about a dozen, more or less, participants. So what's the answer?

WG

That is the big question WG.
This was once a very active forum but participation both here and on the Camel as a whole has been in decline for the past two years .
I am interested to hear some ideas to improve the participation levels.

Promapper, this is very interesting as I just went there from the posted link and did not get any warning at all. I am not sure what the reference to "coinhive.com" is on your illustration. It would be nice if we could clarify this as the list is from an established site that I subscribe to.

Let me know what's happening. Thanks.

I am not sure how you increase participation. I was interested in your point that overall participation has been decreasing for the past two years. That was something I did not know. Too bad, because, for me, participation in forums such as the Camel is one significant way I learn things and also see what type of subjects people are photographing and how they are photographing them.

have you tried removal yet?

I have tried three (3) other removal tools and none of them found it. I believe that is because it actually resides on the page we accessed the 52 list from.

What is the reference to "coinhive.com" on you initial posting. I don't get that when I access the page from the posting, nor do I get a "virus" warning of any kind from my Symantec software. I would suspect that something funny is happening at your end. Do you have another computer you can try the access on?

I really want to get this situation resolved as the site that I got the link from is an established site that I subscribe to and I have never had any problem with the original site.

Try this one - https://www.thephotoargus.com/ and check out the first link on that page and see if this gives you the same problem. Let me know what happens. Thanks.
