Good idea of taking photos of the trophies. I'm not very knowledgeable about flash I tend to use natural light as much as possible. Maybe try using natural light and a reflector for some soft lighting?

Well, so much for 1 picture a week...

Week X: Volleyball "Portrait"

Personal Thoughts:

* Not bad for my first volleyball tournament of the year
* Ambient light only, as no flash is allowed -- think I hit the exposure nicely
* Tried to minimize noise in the jersey with Perfect Effects, but needed to boost sharpening due to overall smoothing effect.

Thoughts / C&C?
