Week 2:

I was asked to photograph some pottery by a group of potters. Here is one of the test shots that I took to check the lighting.

Mario, the second one is much better. A couple of thoughts - I look at this and cannot help but wonder how it would look in portrait mode as it is a "vertical" rather than an "horizontal" object. The other suggestion/question - have you tried to photograph these with a polarizer on the lens? The reason I ask is that it might cut down the reflections off the top edges of the cup.
