Yep Rust, very close. I just measured it. The outside dimensions are just over 10.5 inches long and just over 7.5 inches wide. The (inside the frame part) is a hair under 9 inches long and a wee bit under 6 inches wide.

This is a 100 yrs old heritage building in Kilby B.C.
