You're gorgeous, Tracy! Wonderful self-portrait. And a fantastic variety of images for your blog. Well done!

You are all being very kind. Self portraits are hard! I'm not happy with that one but it is what it is, and it accomplishes the purpose (I had some dental work done and needed a photo to send to the few people who would be interested). I wasn't going to post it here but I decided it was good for me (bleck) so I did.

I'm not a big fan of over saturated pics but that's just me. The original might work better with some cropping of the sky (no clouds anyway) and sand (no shells or other points of interest) to get rid of some meh areas. Maybe some sharpening too. Saturate to taste.

Personally, I don't do PP that much so feel free to disregard whatever suggestions I make.

Wonderful self-portrait! And the water-glass is making me thirsty.

You're talking about the textured one? Oh, no, it is all that open space that draws me to the photo in the first place! Don't get me wrong, I appreciate your suggestion, I'm just not going to agree on that.

The more I learn the more I realize that I like a certain amount of processing. It is one of those "good to know" realizations.

Thanks for the comments!

Most of my recent ones are family snapshots or other people's kids so I'm not posting them.
